Arnelle M. Strand is admitted to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.  She is a graduate of Stetson College of Law, St. Petersburg, Florida and is the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Administrative Law.  She also holds a Bachelor of Art from Iona College, New Rochelle, N.Y. and a M.S. from Adelphi University, Garden City, N.Y.

She has formally worked in the area of education with children with learning disabilities.  She has also worked as a medical administrator in Orthopedics at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York for 18 years prior to becoming a lawyer.

Arnelle has a commitment to family and has raised two sons of whom she is very proud.  Her eldest is an M.D. at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida, and the younger is working on his post graduate degree in Psychology, focusing on children with A.D.D.  She now raises a standard poodle and a maltese/poodle who visit the staff of her law offices on occasion.
